Information on session rates, insurance coverage, private pay, out-of-network options, and clinical supervision.

Private-Pay Services

The Outlaw Psychological Center, PLLC offers services on a private-pay basis. Payment is due at the time of session.

Dr. Dominique Outlaw-Howell is PSYPACT authorized, which allows her to provide telehealth psychotherapy services to clients located in participating PSYPACT states. Clients must be physically located in an eligible state at the time of the session.

Dr. Outlaw-Howell is also independently licensed in Virginia and New York and is able to provide services to clients located in those states as well.

Fees

Individual Therapy (50 minutes): $225 per session

Group Therapy: $65–$75 per session, depending on the group

Therapy Intensives: Please contact the practice for a customized quote

Clinical Supervision: Rates vary based on individual vs. group supervision; please reach out to discuss current availability and pricing

Insurance & Superbills

Services are offered via private pay. Clients may request a superbill to submit to their insurance provider for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Submission, coverage, and reimbursement decisions are determined solely by the insurance company, and the practice cannot guarantee payment.

Good Faith Estimates are available for all private-pay services in accordance with federal guidelines.

Telehealth Services

All services are provided via a secure telehealth platform. Clients must be physically located in Virginia, New York, or a PSYPACT-participating state at the time of the session.

Payment & Cancellation Policy

Payment is processed securely using approved payment methods.

To support consistent and equitable scheduling, a $100 cancellation fee applies to appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice.
